Having had some previous difficulties with getting my two dogs looked after, I came across Michelle by complete chance on a local Facebook page; she had been recommended by a number of members of the group who all spoke very highly of her services. We arranged to meet, and it was very evident she loved dogs and knew her stuff. She picked up on their body language, took time to build trust with both my girls and has completely won them over. For one of them in particular, this is no mean feat! It was a great opportunity to get to know a bit about Michelle as well and she's the kind of person that made me feel like I had known her forever. My house/pet-sit experience was absolutely faultless – Michelle gave me the peace of mind I needed knowing that my two fur-babies were being taken care of as though they were her own, and she also took the most amazing care of my house as well. Prior to Michelle house-sitting, there had been some extended “teething issues” with my two dogs adopting to life with each other which Michelle navigated well beyond expectations. She provided suggestions to support their ongoing relationship building and has added enrichment to their lives. Having noticed the positive impact she has had on my girls, Michelle now provides her walking service during the week. Their walks are always logged and I love seeing the photos she provides as well. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Michelle’s services. She is one in a million and I was so thrilled with my overall experience, that I no longer need to seek out friends and family to look after my babies.
